Q: How will my workout plan be designed?
A: After reviewing your body composition, goals and other external factors Nikki will custom build a workout program best suited for you. By putting in the time and effort to understand her clientele and what their goals are from exercising, she can better utilize each workout and movement to the benefit of the client.
Q: Will Nikki be at my workouts with me?
A: Primarily Nikki will design all workout programs to be executed by the client individually. Because she incorporates element of pace among other factors, it is better to learn to execute a program by oneself. She will however make herself available for consultation and to answer and questions regarding your program and is afforded the discretion to workout with clients as she sees fit.
Q: How does payment work?
A: All contracts come with a three-month minimum requirement and monthly payments are due on the first day of every month. Contracts that suffer late payment are subject to early cancellation. Refunds or early cancellation by the client are issued at Nikki’s discretion.
